If you’ve forgotten your Snapchat passcode, you’re not alone. There’s a way to restore the My Eyes Only feature without losing your pictures. First, close the app and reopen it. If that doesn’t fix the problem, try logging out and back in. Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall Snapchat. If none of these solutions works, try contacting Snapchat customer service.
Once you’ve set up your Snapchat account, go to Settings > Privacy > My Eyes Only. There, you can choose a password for your private Snaps. If you choose to keep them private, you can also put a passcode on them. Regardless of which method you use, keep in mind that Snapchat photos are only temporary.
After entering a new password, tap the Passcode option on the left-hand side of the screen. You’ll be asked to confirm it. In order to disable this option, you must make sure that you have the correct passphrase. This passphrase should be at least 16 characters and contain at least one letter and a number.
